Mr. Whedon: I saw “Twilight.” And it’s—what can you say? It’s absolutely like crack. It strikes a tweener chord that’s just as loud as the apocalypse. You cannot deny the power of it. It just works. And I sort of like that.

I think you must be mistaken. The books are like crack, the movie had no appeal to me whatsoever, and I'm a teen... I saw that movie and hated it, it was very badly done, and it's not worthy to be called a part of the Twilight series...
