New Moon Logo: Psychology of Color


The Deadbolt has an article about the new New Moon logo and an analysis of the change in color from blue to orange.

According to a variety of sources, orange is said to be an attention-grabbing color that expresses energy with positive emotional effects that instantly evokes feeling. Orange is also said to be a warm color that represents sexual stimulation, issues of awareness, and new beginnings. Perhaps most interesting about orange, as related to the new artwork of New Moon, comes from a Canadian based company that reveals how those who dislike the color orange may not have confronted or set personal boundaries for themselves, which could also be a sign that some people have trouble "respecting the boundaries of others." What could it all mean for The Twilight Saga New Moon?
