Bobby Long Talks to Daily Motion

Preface: "The name Bobby Long might not mean a great deal to a lot of us, but to die hard fans of the Twilight films you may know just who I am talking about. Bobby Long co-wrote (with Marcus Foster) the song "Let Me Sign" for the Twilight soundtrack. The song was sung by the film's star Robert Pattison and was available as a bonus track on the iTunes release. "

"Bobby Long had a very nice interview with Daily Motion recently, and the video for that interview just got released.

"Like going to New York," says Long, "going there and playing shows and selling out venues is just, it was wicked. I love playing there. If someone had shot me on stage, I would have been happy and died."

Long took the air yesterday (pictured right), flying from London to the United States for his first show tonight at S.O.B's in New York. He will play tomorrow at his favorite venue (thus far) in the U.S., Arlene's Grocery in N.Y.C. Tuesday, Long will make his way to Philadelphia for a show at the North Star Bar before he heads down to Dallas, Texas for the TwiCon Film Event and his shows with Marcus Foster and Sam Bradley at Poor David's Pub.

The full, current list or tour dates and venues is available on Long's MySpace page. He has added shows in Paris on the 27th (at Yono) and 28th of September (at Cord Club), and he will be playing in Canada during the summer as well."
