We got a tip from a lovely young woman Jessica Ann, about Jackson Rathbone who is going to be starring in a new film, Avatar the Last Airbender as the character Sokka.
Jessica wrote that the upcoming film is scheduled to "play in theaters everywhere on July 2, 2010."
A little about Jackson's character Sokka:
- "He is traveling with the Avatar, master of all 4 elements (The avatar is able to manipulate the four elements, Air, Water, Earth & Fire.)"
-Along on the journey is his sister, Katara who is a water bender which can manipulate just water.
-The characters are on a long adventurous journey to take down the fire nation who started a huge war, in which at this time the fire nation is winning...
-There are four different nations:
- Air Nomads
- Water Tribes
- Earth Kingdom
- Fire Nation
This film is based on the ever so popular Nickelodeon series and is supposed to be a trilogy.
