OMG! ROB HIT BY A CAB IN NYC!

Rob Pattinson is quickly learning the hazards of filming a movie in New York City - he was hit by a taxi cab on Thursday while running away from hysterical fans!

He was not hurt.

The 23-year-old London-born actor had been inside most of the morning filming scenes for his new movie Remember Me.

A team of five security guards were trying to fend off a crowd of teenaged girls when Rob was leaving the bookstore.

It was pouring rain as they tried to hustle him quickly across the busy street to the safety of his trailer.

Some of the teen girls were hysterical and Rob rushed across the road. As he did so, a taxi grazed him. The cabbie slammed on his brakes as soon as he realized what had happened.

It appeared as if the cab hit Rob in the hip. He stood there for a moment looking stunned. The bodyguard next to him checked if he was okay and then screamed at the fans: "You see what you did, you almost killed him!"

Go BODYGUARD!

But I mean, WOAH! This has gotten WAY out of hand. First the brutal attack by the fanWOLVES and now THIS! For God's sake, he was ALMOST FRACKING KILLED. Can these crazy girls GET THIS THROUGH THEIR HEAD?! KILLED! AS IN DEAD. What would you do then, huh? Mob his funeral?  Steal his BODY?!

Whoosh. I am really worked up about this, as you probably noticed... I mean, I'm absolutely FUMING. Of course I am worried about Rob's safety, but also concerned about the lack of intelligence these fangirls are displaying. If you love him so much, why would you ENDANGER HIS LIFE? I am ready to kill at this point. When he's GONE, will they finally realize that what they're doing is disrespectful, inappropriate, and dangerous?

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if he decided to pull out of the Twilight franchise altogether, if shoot like this keeps happening! 

There's not too many ways to really get on my bad side. However, nearly KILLING Robert Pattinson? Definitely up there.

On a happier note, extremely glad that he's okay.
